Product Overview

PT D219/1800/8/3 is a 800C Vertical Three zones Tube Furnace with OD219mm Tube. The furnace is designed with three heating zones. Temperature zones are insulated well, which can effectively reduce the temperature difference. The furnace chamber is made of vacuum filtered ceramic fiber material. Embedded HRE heating wire heated, max working temperature up to 800 degree C. The heating chamber can fit processing tubes such as quartz or stainless steel well.The top of the furnace body is designed with a furnace tube fixing device. This tube furnace is especially suitable for the decomposition of sulfuric acid and hydrogen production experiments at high temperature.

Safety Measures

  • Built-in ammeter and dual voltmeters for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Overheat protection shuts down the furnace if temperature is outside of acceptable range (refer to controller’s manual) or when the thermocouple is broken or malfunctions.
  • Power failure protection resumes furnace operation right after the point of failure when power is reestablished.
  • Microprocessor based self-tuning PID control provides optimum thermal process with minimal overshoot

Application Notes

  • Quartz tube pressure should be lower 0.02MPa
  • Gas source should equip the pressure reducing valve
  • Before filling reduction gases like H2, should pump the air out of the tube
  • When filling gases from gas inlet in the tube, should make sure the gas outlet valve open
