PHT L120/5 is a customized Mesh Belt Drying Furnace.Equipped with SS304 mesh belt.Carbon steel double housing,high aluminum 1500# ceramic fiber chamber,high temperature and corrosion resistant.SIC rod heated,two rows,upper and lower heating.Shimaden PID controller,programmable 32 segments,high temperature control accuracy.Suitable for continuous drying of metal, ceramic powder or small workpieces, usually to remove moisture or impurities.

Safety Measures

• Built-in ammeter and dual voltmeters for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Overheat protection shuts down the furnace if temperature is outside of acceptable range (refer to controller's manual) or when the thermocouple is broken or malfunctions
• Power failure protection resumes furnace operation right after the point of failure when power is reestablished
• Microprocessor based self-tuning PID control provides optimum thermal process with minimal overshoot

Application Notes

• Small cracks may appear on the surface over extended use. A normal occurrence and can be repaired with alumina coating.
• A dedicated person must supervise and control the operation process, monitoring parameters like temp, humidity, and pressure.
• Raw materials should be tested, classified, screened, and adjusted for mesh belt furnace conditions to meet processing requirements.
• Staff must wear protective gear like glasses, masks, gloves when operating mesh belt furnace for safety.
• Please do not inject flammable, explosive or highly corrosive gases.
