PM L8/14 Tmax 1400℃.Carbon steel double air-cooling housing and beautiful powder electrostatic spraying process.High temperature and corrosion resistant. Chamber lining uses high alumina 1600# ceramic fiber raw material,high corrosion resistant,long service life.Heating element uses SIC rod,uniform temperature field.Temperature control system uses Shimaden PID temperature controller,phase-shift trigger, thyristor control,programmable 32 segments, high temperature control accuracy.Protection system with Power off, over-temperature, thermocouple breaking and burnout protection.An ideal tool for material research and preparation of small-sized samples in the laboratory. It can perform furnace fire assay, sealed firing of ceramics and glass, ignition test, gravimetric analysis and heat treatment of steel parts, stone, etc.

Safety Measures

• The muffle oven furnace with built-in ammeter and dual voltmeters for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Overheat protection shuts down the furnace if temperature is outside of acceptable range (refer to controller’s manual) or when the thermocouple is broken or malfunctions
• Power failure protection resumes furnace operation right after the point of failure when power is reestablished
• Microprocessor based self-tuning PID control provides optimum thermal process with minimal overshoot

Application Notes

• Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating.
• Please do not inject flammable, explosive or strong corrosive gases without safety measures.
