PB L2288/12E is an Electric Bogie Hearth Furnace,consists of furnace body, trolley, temperature control system, etc.Carbon steel housing,excellent strength and durability, good corrosion resistance.JM26# Lightweight high alumina bricks chamber,long-term stable operation in high temperature environment. HRE alloy coil wire heated,mounted on ceramic tube,5 sides heating,uniform temperature field.The trolley can move back and forth to facilitate loading of materials.Shimaden PID controller, 32 segments programmable,high temperature control accuracy.Widely used in small, medium and large industries for various industrial heating and heat treatment processes, such as heating steel, ceramics, etc. (600°C-1150°C). Suitable for annealing of steel, tempering of non-ferrous metals, impurity removal and quenching. In addition, it can be used for baking and sintering of ceramic applications.

Safety Measures

• Built-in ammeter and dual voltmeters for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Overheat protection shuts down the furnace if temperature is outside of acceptable range (refer to controller's manual) or when the thermocouple is broken or malfunctions
• Power failure protection resumes furnace operation right after the point of failure when power is reestablished
• Microprocessor based self-tuning PID control provides optimum thermal process with minimal overshoot

Technical Specifications

Application Notes

• Small cracks may appear on the surface over extended use. A normal occurrence and the cracks can be repaired with alumina coating.
• Workpieces should be handled with care during loading and unloading, placed firmly. Loaded workpieces must not exceed trolley's working surface.
• Please do not inject flammable, explosive or highly corrosive gases.
