PC L64/12 is a standard chamber furnace for laboratory use.Carbon steel double housing.Small, lightweight cubic chamber.Ceramic box with embedded heating wire.Chamber lining uses lightweight high alumina mullite bricks,high temperature resistance.Heating element uses HRE alloy coil wire,5 sides heating,N-type thermocouple.Smart Shimaden PID controller, 32 segments programmable.Suitable for a variety of heat treatment applications on a variety of materials.An ideal tool for preparing small-sized samples in materials research and daily use in dental laboratories.

Safety Measures

• Built-in ammeter and dual voltmeters for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Overheat protection shuts down the chamber furnace if temperature is outside of acceptable range or when the thermocouple is broken or malfunctions
• Power failure protection resumes furnace chamber operation right after the point of failure when power is reestablished
• Microprocessor based self-tuning PID control provides optimum thermal process with minimal overshoot

Application Notes

• Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating.
• Please do not inject flammable, explosive or strong corrosive gases without safety measures.
