PM L12/12 is a muffle furnace 1200 C with chamber size 300x200x200mm/12″x8″x8″, features the spiral wire coils embedded in alumina fiber insulation with max working temperature up to 1200°C. It is ideal for multiple heat treating applications, such as wax burnout, ashing, heat treating, ceramic and glass seal firing, ignition tests, and heat treating steel parts in labs and industrial.

• The chamber adopts 1500# high aluminum ceramic fiber board, wet vacuum, one body molding
• The bottom of the furnace is made of wear-resistant alumina insulation material

• Embedded heating elements on three sides give an improved temperature gradient
• Programmable muffle furnace with PID temperature controller 32 segments

Safety Measures

• Built-in ammeter and dual voltmeters for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Overheat protection shuts down the furnace if temperature is outside of acceptable range (refer to controller’s manual) or when the thermocouple is broken or malfunctions
• Power failure protection resumes furnace operation right after the point of failure when power is reestablished
• Microprocessor based self-tuning PID control provides optimum thermal process with minimal overshoot

• Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating
